| 職務内容 | Senior level subject matter expert. Works independently to develop supplier sourcing and negotiation strategies for assigned commodities or assigned business clients. Advises internal clients and assesses their current and future business needs, and expectations. Reviews clients’ spend levels, conducts cost/ benefits analysis. Partners with internal clients on strategy, contract negotiations and the purchasing processes. Ensures that business requirements are included in sourcing strategies and the statement of work. Skillfully sells and uses leveraged sourcing concept to generate new sourcing opportunities. Oversee the facilitation and provide support in initiating, developing and executing RFIs, RFPs, reverse auctions, contracts, schedules, and addendums. Uses e-sourcing tools, and incorporates. Contribute to the prioritization of supplier selections, perform sourcing activities, conduct supplier negotiations, and engage Global Procurement and local legal team as required to achieve the best solution for the line of business and our company. Manages contract expirations, and plans actions to realize cost reductions and quality improvements Develops commodity specific RFPs and is engaged in RFP analysis. Ensures that metrics and reporting are included in all contracts including cost savings, lost savings, and areas of contract non-compliance to improve knowledge for future negotiations. Provide current savings and ROI to business clients. May have responsibility for global sourcing projects. Performs other duties as required. ◆Supervisory Responsibilities High level subject matter expert on supplier strategic sourcing. May guide less experienced Supplier Sourcing Consultants. |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ・Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal training. ・Advanced expertise in industry knowledge specific to assigned commodities. ・Exceptional working knowledge of procurement, sourcing strategies, contract management, vendor management, and procurement operations. ・Exceptional negotiation and contracting skills. ・Exceptional knowledge of developing multi-million dollar contracts. Comprehensive knowledge of building contract terms, service levels and service improvements into contracts. ・Strong risk management, control, and compliance skills. ・Solid knowledge of supported area’s business functions, systems and services. ・Ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide array of important tasks and issues. ・General knowledge of supplier management. ・Competencies: Problem solving, Focus on Customers, Demonstrates technical and functional expertise, Communicates effectively, and Builds relationships. ・Typically has 5 - 8 years of experience. ・Business level English / native Japanese |
