| 職務内容 | 【業務内容】 ◆We will count on you to: ・This person will be responsible to deliver the order booking, revenue and profit for Cyber Risk Consulting Business in Japan as well as to support additional responsibilities in the wider Asia Pacific region ・Expand the existing practices, such as Cyber Risk Consulting Services, OT Security, Threat, Vulnerability & Assurance and make it more relevant to client’s segments in Japan ・Work in line with the strategy and vision of the Head of Cyber Advisory Asia Pacific supporting the success and profitable revenue growth of consulting services Japan ・Collaborate and partner with client executives, risk managers, BDM’s, brokers and marketing ・Drive operational rigor and work with individual practice leaders to ensure service delivery of high- standards, institutionalize continuous process improvements and remediate issues as necessary ・ Provide advisory support to client on the development of appropriate cyber security initiatives, and the presentation of the initiatives to business stakeholders ・Assist with technical implementation across various domains, including vulnerability management, risk management, security standards and frameworks, for example ISO 27001:2013 and NIST ・Ensure and assist cyber security compliance to appropriate policies, standards and regulation for clients ・Works across client’s corporate, business and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and services ・Advise on the appropriate cyber security solutions and technologies to be deployed ・Influence and support the regional team ・Assist sales in understanding CISO Office personnel, key decision makers, current industry and market issues/trends and assist in positioning Marsh’s security solutions to clients ・Increase exposure of Marsh’s offerings and capabilities |

| ◆12-15 years of experience with technology ◆5 years of experience with technology compliance ◆At least 10 years of experience with cyber security ◆2 years of experience with working with the senior management ◆Experience in building and developing relationships to ensure continuous improvements of service delivery ◆Experience in Service Delivery, Project and Problem Management across multiple client industries, business and country cultures, preferably in a corporate/enterprise organization ◆Experience of and ability to achieve results through a matrix management structure in a global context ◆Proven leadership qualities with direct people management experience ◆Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within organizations, at both technical and non-technical levels ◆Willingness to travel ◆Strong experience in working with the senior management ◆Strong project management experience including the ability to manage teams through engagements ◆A solid understanding of the risk and regulatory technology environment ◆Understand business and technology trends and their implications to business ◆Professional security certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CBCP) would be advantageous ◆Commitment to providing high-level client service ◆Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical matters to a non-technical audience ◆Highly adept in Excel, Word and PowerPoint ◆Native Japanese with Business level English |
