| 職務内容 | 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Lead and drive AS400 overall migration planning discussion with other stakeholders. ◆Create AS400/Host System architectural and operational design based on SLA. ◆Oversee and manage daily administration of IBM iSeries computer hardware and software. ◆Oversee and manage installation, configuration and maintenance of IBM iSeries hardware, software, network devices, journaling, and IBM iAccess software. ◆Develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments as well as incremental backups as required. ◆Load and test operating system, application software releases and fixes in both development/test and production environments. ◆Load application software patches; performance and file tuning utilities. ◆Document and implement application-specific security groups and classes. ◆Provide cross-training for other AS400 team members in IBM i administrative skills. ※This is a critical senior hands-on position |

| 【Skills and Knowledge】 ◆10+ years of hands-on experience supporting IBM iSeries in a corporate environment ◆Experience in architectural and operational design for the IBM AS400/Host system based on SLA ◆Demonstrated leadership skills and progressive career growth ◆Experience managing direct reports, team outcomes and performance ◆Experience managing system lifecycle projects for IBM AS400/Host systems (e.g. OS upgrade batch operations automation) ◆Direct experience managing IT operations with IBM AS400 in a 24x7 environment, especially in the financial industry ◆Hands-on expertise managing, supporting and troubleshooting IBM AS400 environments ◆Write/Verbal skills in Japanese (Native or High-Business Level), and English (High Business Level) 【Personal Attributes】 ◆Positive in attitude; "can do" mentality to all tasks ◆Able to work independently in a timely manner ◆Good communicator at all organization levels, from executives to line staff ; clear, concise, and personable ◆Team player; your success is our success, team success is my success mentality ◆Stable in nature, but flexible to changes |

【Preferred】 ◆Professional work experience in the financial service industry ◆IT operational knowledge for Life/J, Life/Asia or life insurance policy admin system running on AS400 ◆Experience in effectively managing relationships with internal business partners and IT service providers (internal and external) ◆Experience managing complex and global enterprise-level vendor engagement from initiation, implementation and lifecycle management ◆Ability to drive vendor performance and evolving services to meet company’s strategies and goals ◆Experience working with members/vendors located in English-speaking countries |
