| 職務内容 | 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆Proven experience in pro-active tuning: -ensuring adequate level of monitoring is activated on all databases -creating and maintaining dashboard to identify in advance problems (processes getting slower, impact of a new application on existing process, etc.) -analyzing existing performances to find potential improvements -working with project teams to assess impacts and performances of new software/packages ◆Develop database vision: -validating new projects from a database prospective Implement test strategies -preparing test environments with meaningful information -implementing re-usable and automated tests -designing and running benchmarks for sensitive application ◆Database development: -fluency in database development languages (PL/SQL, t/sql, etc.) -perfect knowledge of database loader tools (data pump, bulk data loaders, etc.) -knowledge of the state-of-the-art of the database development practices ◆Database management on both physical and cloud servers: -confirming and maintaining capacity planning for existing databases -working with project teams for new databases implementation -backup/recovery strategies built and tested -BCP/DR support Be the champion. Educating team members and other teams on how to work efficiently with databases ◆Others -Produce detailed database components specifications and designs for implementation using selected products. -Prepare technical plans, cooperate with business and project staff to ensure that appropriate technical resources are made available. -Maintain knowledge of different database areas, database management systems and provides detailed advice regarding their application. -Specify and document security and business requirements as directed, ensuring traceability back to source. -Advise database designers and other application development team members on the details of data structures and associated components. -Evaluate potential database solutions, techniques, run features and tools demonstrations, install and commission selected products. -Design, code, test, correct, and document moderately complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools. |

| 【Skills and Knowledge】 ◆Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. ◆10 years of experience in data modelling, data warehousing, data entity analysis, logical and relational database design, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. ◆Strong understanding of normalization/Normal forms. ◆Ability to write stored procedures (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or other major procedural DB language). ◆Strong Operating System skills in Windows Server, Linux. ◆Strong experience with cloud PaaS tools, preferably Azure SQL Dtabase. ◆Experience in designing strategic solutions to increase value of SQL Databases, in the areas of scalability, speed, and performance. ◆Advanced in Oracle 11g-12c (Enterprise & Standard editions). ◆Advanced in database administration, backup and monitoring tools: Oracle OEM Cloud Control, SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft SCOM, EMC Networker, etc. ◆Advanced knowledge in database infrastructure ◆on premise and in Cloud (Azure or AWS) ◆Read/Write/Verbal skills in Japanese (High-Business Level), and English (High Business Level) ◆Minimum 5 years of team or project management experience 【Personal Attributes】 ◆Positive in attitude; "can do" mentality to all tasks ◆Able to work independently in a timely manner ◆Good communicator at all organization levels, from executives to line staff; clear, concise, and personable ◆Team player; your success is our success, team success is my success mentality ◆Stable in nature, but flexible to changes |
