| 職務内容 | ◆30% -Works closely with peer level operational management in providing advice on the interpretation and implementation of compliance policies and in evaluating the compliance implications of planned business activities or process changes. Provides subject matter expertise on their specific area and advises the businesses and relevant third parties as needed. ◆30% - Research, analysis, project management related to compliance businesses/initiatives. ◆40% - Ensures effective remediation of non-compliant situations within assigned areas, through the re-design of processes and testing of their effectiveness. Cooperate and take a lead within Japan compliance team in implementing, monitoring, investigating, evaluating and reporting compliance policies, programs and issues |
