職務内容 | 【Job Purpose】 This person will work in Customer Data Management team, coordinating new initiatives, operations, and incident triage Master Customer Database. 【Key Accountabilities】 ◆External Team Communications (statuses, incident reports, releases, etc.) ◆Understanding the issues and requirements from IT’s business partners regarding the need for clean, accurate, and highly available customer data ◆Understanding the architecture and design of Master Customer Database, to aid in finding appropriate resolutions to business needs. 【Specific Activities】 ◆Coordinating project activities, member assignments, schedules, budgets ◆Single point of contact on major initiatives ◆Communicating status of project progress and incident resolution across multiple stakeholders ◆Translating business requirements into use cases for re-usable data services |
