| 職務内容 | ◆Position Description The Senior End-user Technology Engineer works side-by-side in a bilingual environment with the application, engineering and IT operations team to help design and implement our end-user infrastructure to deliver innovative solutions for our users. The Senior End-user Technology Engineer will focus on: ・Continuous Deployment Pipeline of End-user technologies ・Automation design and testing ・Vendor Management ・Infrastructure Management ・System Risks and resiliency ・End to end Project Management ・Internal and Cloud Infrastructure design and deployment for future end user technologies ◆The Day to Day ・Design, configure, and implement end-user and infrastructure technologies including OS upgrades, Windows and Linux based deployments, virtual and cloud environment, Mobile Devices, Email and messaging, Active Directory, and many other systems. ・Work within and across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions across a full-stack of Microsoft and other user technologies ・Develop and promote standard reference architectures ・Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting edge technologies, including outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity ・Actively lead the availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions ・Clearly communicate and document technical information to both operations, support and business stakeholders ・Evaluate infrastructure performance and recommends changes as needed. ◆Team Development ・Educates, trains and provides support to junior team members on newly adopted technologies and processes ・Reviews work related documentation for team members ・Motivates and assists team members in reaching goals ・Partners with other IT teams in completing assigned tasks/projects ◆Leadership ・Lead efforts to coordinate in-house project and task management of deliverables across IT teams ・Influences the work of others to drive medium and large projects to successful completion through effective project management and IT coordination among teams ・Ability to be a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. ・Mentors others in best practices, procedures and concepts ・Steers the relevant support task of other associates ・Drives through obstacles and time constraints to successfully deliver a project to completion ・Delivers solutions through building consensus in both business and technical perspectives ・Manage tasks and accurate reporting for multiple concurrent projects. |

| 【Position Requirements】 ※Required ◆Business Level English and Japanese ◆Expertise in managing Operating Systems such as Windows 10 and Linux ◆VDI or Virtual Desktop deployments and management ◆Mobile Device Management – Android and iOS ◆Messaging systems such as Exchange, Skype and support systems like Active Directory and SQL ◆Public Cloud computing design, configuration and implementation (Microsoft Azure) ◆Knowledge of Office 365 migrations and management ◆Deploying applications in both Windows and Linux environments. ◆Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services ◆Knowledge of virtualization technology and methods (VMware, Citrix) ◆Ability to navigate and document complex project lifecycle processes 【EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:】 ◆4-year degree in IT related course of study, preferred ◆5-10+ years of relevant experience with End-user technologies 【Personal Attributes】 ◆Outgoing, confident public speaker, not afraid to challenge the status quo |
