| 職務内容 | The Technical Producer under the management of Event Management Department Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of event production to include set up, bids, negotiations and general operation of audio/visual services for major incentive conferences and meeting. ◆Responsibilities: ・Coordinate audio/visual SOW, bids, quotes, timelines and recommendations with contracted global Audio Visual vendors ・Act as technical director on site and work with planners and Line of Business contacts to coordinate A/V needs with production companies and hotels. ・Provide technical troubleshooting and operations support for all A/V equipment as required on site ・Modify presentations during rehearsals and meeting. ・Follow departmental practices, policies and workflow processes |

最終学歴：四年制大学卒以上 |
| ◆Experience: ・2 + years of experience in audio visual and production ◆Skills: ・Demonstrated proficiency in the use and management of audio/visual, telecommunications equipment. ・Strong PowerPoint, audio editing skills ◆Qualification: ・Excellent project management, organizational and coordination skills with an ability to handle multiple assignments in a high-volume, demanding environment. ・Ability to work under extreme deadlines ・Ability to travel to support 'live'/on-site events. ◆Language: ・Native Japanese, Business level English (written & verbal) TOEIC 750 or above ◆Personality: ・A good self-starter who can work as a team Strong interpersonal, communication skills. |
